The minimum age and driving-licence tenure are subject to certain conditions. At RentalG the minimum driver age is 20, and if the driver is under 25 a supplement of €15/day applies and taking out FULLY COMPREHENSIVE insurance is mandatory.

To rent any car, van, off-roader or trailer at RentalG, if the renter is under 25 they must hold a driving licence issued at least TWO YEARS ago. If they are over 25 but do not hold a licence at least TWO YEARS old, a supplement of €15/day applies.

No. Only the holder of the rental contract and any people listed on the contract as authorised drivers may drive the rented vehicle.

You can book a vehicle at RentalG by phone, WhatsApp or email. For the booking to be valid you must receive a booking confirmation. If the reserved vehicle is not available, we will provide one from the same group or a higher category.

Yes. Once the vehicle is booked it is blocked and cannot be rented to any other customer. For this reason, the 25% paid as a deposit is non-refundable. In addition, 48 hours before pick-up the full rental amount is charged, and it is non-refundable.

At RentalG you can pay for your rental in CASH or by CREDIT or DEBIT CARD. The PRE-AUTHORISATION of the DEPOSIT must be done with a CREDIT CARD.

All rates include 300 km/day. If you exceed those 300 km per day, a charge of €0.25/km applies, VAT included.

No. Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly forbidden, regardless of whether the windows are down or the doors are open, etc. If smoking is detected inside the vehicle, the deposit will NOT be refunded.

Both pick-ups and returns of RentalG rental vehicles are carried out after CONFIRMATION on one of the following phone numbers: 973 777 444 – 608 849 432. For pick-ups and returns OUTSIDE OPENING HOURS a supplement of €40 applies, in the 8:00–9:00 and 20:00–21:00 slots. Picking the vehicle up later does not mean it can be returned later; the return time on the contract is respected.

Yes. Vehicles rented at RentalG include THIRD-PARTY insurance. There is also the option to take out FULLY COMPREHENSIVE insurance, with a supplement of €15/day for cars, vans or 4×4s, with an excess of €300 for cars and €600 for vans or 4×4s. A DEPOSIT must be lodged to cover possible damage up to that amount. Third-party insurance does not cover time off the road at the workshop or glass breakage; comprehensive insurance covers damage up to the excess amount. It does not cover damage caused by negligence or recklessness.

Not covered: punctures (repair paid by the customer; refund of the KIT if it is used); third-party damage due to negligence or reckless driving; damage to the vehicle due to negligence; filling up with the wrong fuel; damage to wheel rims/tyres; glass breakage caused by objects/keys left inside (only accidental impacts are covered); loss or breakage of keys or remotes; damage to locks; damage/dirt to the upholstery (the deposit is NOT refunded); damage to or loss of the aerial, jack, warning triangles, glass, wipers, fuel cap, extinguisher, hi-vis vest or documentation; engine damage due to negligence; damage to the underbody; misuse of the clutch; theft with the keys in the ignition; driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs; smoking inside (the deposit is NOT refunded). NEITHER third-party NOR comprehensive insurance covers the time the vehicle is off the road at the workshop.

No. Towing any other vehicle with your rented vehicle is not allowed.

At RentalG we deliver vehicles duly inspected and in perfect condition. However, if you have any problem you should call 608 849 432, where you will be assisted and every effort will be made to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the event of a BREAKDOWN or ACCIDENT you can also call the 24-hour roadside assistance line.

Yes. All our vehicles have air conditioning.

One rental day is a 24-hour period from when the vehicle is picked up. There is a ONE-HOUR grace period; after that, an ADDITIONAL EXTRA DAY is charged. Vehicles can be rented and returned every day, subject to confirmation at www.rentalg.es or by calling 608 849 432.

We deliver the vehicle with a full tank; it must be returned the same way. Attaching the fuel RECEIPT is MANDATORY; otherwise a charge for the difference will be made.

You will need PRIOR AUTHORISATION from the company. The vehicles are not authorised to travel to Africa or to Eastern European countries.

No. From the moment the vehicle is booked and picked up, we cannot reserve it for anyone else during that period, so there is no right to a refund.

No. Stickers can damage the bodywork; if signs of any sticker having been attached are found at return, the deposit will NOT be refunded.

No. If the vehicle is impounded by the authorities for transporting such substances or animals, the renter will bear the costs of towing, repair, cleaning and the rental amount until the vehicle is returned to our premises.
