The minimum age and age of the driver’s license are subject to certain conditions. In RentalG the minimum age of the driver is 20 years and, in the event that the driver is under 25 years old, a supplement of 5€/day will be applied and the contracting of ALL RISK insurance will be mandatory.

To rent in RentalG any type of tourism, van, allterrain or trailer, the tenant needs to be in possession of a permit to drive with an antique of at least TWO YEARS.

No. Only the rental vehicle will be allowed to be driven by the holder of the rental contract as well as those people who appear in the contract as authorized drivers. 

To make a reservation for a vehicle at RentalG you can do so through our customer service phone, by whatsapp or email. However, for this to be valid, you must receive a reservation confirmation. If you do not have the reserved vehicle, one from the same group or higher category will be delivered.

Yes. Once the reservation of the vehicle has been made, it remains blocked, not being able to rent it to any other customer, so you will not be entitled to a refund of the amount you have delivered on account of the reservation.

At RentalG you can pay for the rental of your vehicle in CASH or with CREDIT CARD or DEBIT.

 

The PRE-AUTHORIZATION of the DEPOSIT is mandatory to be paid by CREDIT CARD. 

All rates include 300km/day. If those 300km per day are exceeded, €0.21/km will be charged. VAT included.

No. It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the vehicle, regardless of whether the windows are lowered or the doors open, etc. In the event that it is detected that it has been smoked inside the vehicle, the deposit deposited will NOT be returned.

Both deliveries and returns of RentalG rental vehicles will be made after CONFIRMATION on one of the following telephone numbers: 973 777 444 – 608 849 432.

For collections and returns OUTSIDE OF HOURS, a supplement of €40 will be charged. This supplement will be charged in the following time slots: from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.; ; and from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m..

In the event that the vehicle is removed later than the established time, it does not imply that it can be returned later. The customer must respect the return schedule contained in the contract, as long as it is for reasons beyond RentalG’s control.

Yes. Vehicles rented at RentalG include insurance to THIRD PARTIES. There is also the possibility of taking out ALL RISK insurance, so a supplement of €5/day will be charged for passenger cars and €10/day for vans or 4×4, with a franchise of €300 for passenger cars and €600 for vans or 4×4. At the time of renting a vehicle, a DEPOSIT must be deposited to cover possible damages up to that amount.When contracting the insurance to THIRD PARTIES, the lessor is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle until its total repair. (Neither does it cover glass breakage).When taking out the ALL RISK insurance, the landlord must pay for the damages caused to the vehicle up to the amount of the franchise.In the event of an accident or damage caused to the leased vehicle, the repair of it must be managed in our facilities, according to the scales and rates in force in the appraisal guide.You will be responsible for the proper functioning of the vehicle, as well as the faithful fulfillment of the obligations. The insurance does not cover damages caused by negligence or recklessness of the driver. Unforeseeable breakdowns, damage to the transported merchandise or the loss of the same, are excluded from insurance coverage.
The NO insurance covers the following points:
  • Punctures. The repair of the tires will be the responsibility of the customer. In case of using the emergency KIT you must reimburse it. Damage caused to third parties by negligence or reckless driving.
  • Dam caused to the vehicle due to negligence.
  • Reporting of wrong fuel.
  • Dam caused to rims or tires.
  • Glass rupture, for leaving objects or keys inside the vehicle. Only fortuitous impacts will be covered.
  • Loss or breakage of keys or remote controls.
  • Dam to the locks.
  • Dams or dirt on the upholstery and interiors. (The deposit will NOT be returned).
  • Damage or loss of the antenna, car jack, safety triangles, windows, windshield wipers, tank cover, fire extinguisher, vest, documentation, etc.
  • Engine damage due to negligence.
  • Dam to the underside of the car.
  • Dams due to misuse of the clutch.
  • Theft of the vehicle with the keys in the contact.
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED INSIDE THE VEHICLE. In the event that you have smoked inside the vehicle, the deposit will NOT be returned.

No. It is not allowed to tow any other vehicle with your rented vehicle.

At RentalG we deliver the vehicles properly checked and in perfect condition. However, if you have any problem with the vehicle, you should call 608 849 432, where they will assist you and try to solve your problem as quickly as possible.In case of FAILURE or ACCIDENT you can also call the roadside assistance phone that is operational 24 hours a day.

Yes. All our vehicles have air conditioning.

At RentalG we rate a rental day as a 24-hour period that begins at the moment you pick up the vehicle once the contract is signed. From experience, we understand that there are times when there are certain circumstances that may delay the return of the vehicle. That’s why at RentalG we have added a grace period of ONE HOUR. In case the vehicle is returned after that period, an ADDITIONAL EXTRA DAY will be charged.

Our vehicles can be rented and returned every day of the week, after confirmation on our website www.rentalg.es or by calling 608 849 432, where you will be attended by Carlos.

At RentalG we deliver the vehicle ready for driving, with the tank full of fuel. Therefore, you must deliver the vehicle in the same condition, with the tank full.

It will be MANDATORY to attach the TIQUE of the refueling, otherwise your account will be charged with the difference.

To travel abroad with a vehicle rented at RentalG you will need a PREVIOUS AUTHORIZATION from our company. You should keep in mind that vehicles are not authorized to travel to Africa, nor to Eastern European countries.

No. From the moment you make the reservation of a vehicle and remove it from our facilities, we cannot reserve it for anyone else during that period, so you are not entitled to a refund.

No. It is not possible to transport animals in the rented vehicle, whether they are companion or of any other type. In the event that traces of animal hair or stains are observed, the deposit will NOT be returned.

No. The placement of certain adhesive elements can damage the body of the rented vehicle, so, in the event that at the time of return there are indications of having fixed some type of adhesive, the deposit will NOT be returned.

No. In case of retention of the vehicle by the authorities, as a result of the transport of these substances or animals, the costs of transporting the vehicle, repair, cleaning, as well as the payment of the amount of the rental of the vehicle until the date of receipt of the vehicle in our facilities will be borne by the lessee.
